On Wed,March 22, there will be a hearing in Essex County Court in Massachusetts, which could result in the banning of a book by Fathers rights(Pro-Family) activist, Kevin Thompson.
Kevin Thompson has been fighting a long and lonely battle in the Essex Probate and Family Court to try to be able to be a father to his son.
Several months ago, the court impounded the records of the trial and Judge DeGangi has recently granted a restraining order forbidding Kevin from distributing his book, EXPOSING THE CORRUPTION IN THE MASSACHUSETTS FAMILY COURTS.

Those that want us destroyed. We had been and still are being invaded. There are many in the latino/hispanic community that hate the United States, and they get more support and fundings than American-born(Served in Armed Forces, since WW1,WW2,K.W, V.W,Panama,Gulf war 1 and 2 and still)--> I am refering to Hundred of thousands Puerto Rican veterans--->We been their and many of our White and Black Brothers and Sisters know this, and now we are being taken out slowly, just like our black brothers(70%+)fathers.

This is a sad day in U.S. histroy now good fathers are censored in telling the truth about the great evil and injustice in our anti-males, anti-God Nazi-control family courts. They need to be exposed for there great evil they do,so many can learn and see what they are.
Fathers who go thur family courts are doomed, because you have no U.S. Constitutional, or Bill of Rights Protections at all. These courts are under the feminazi control, period ! Their goals is to destroy Fathers and break-up Families, and I know in my soul and spirit that GOD will not just sit by and do nothing to punish us. This is One of God Top Commandments-"Honor thy Father and Mother", and these demons are attacking this/these Commandments of God.

This case is super important, because if they get away with banning books using these excuses than it will open the door for censorship on fathers. You won't be able to write a true story about your childrens and expose the current systems in gov't and how their lives are being destroyed,abused,drugged and murdered. The 1985 Bradley Amendment(42 U.S.C.sec. 666) already takes away fathers U.S. Constitutional rights, Bill of Rights, Civil rights, and Equal Protection rights.
These are the same spirits/people that attacked the Ten Commandments and Christmas, they hate the word Jesus Christ

Before 1966, we all could of party together Black,White,and Puerto Rican in public, then came welfare, the Black/Puerto Rican fathers were ordered out of family picture. Then came the hatred promotion from the radical communist feminists using the hate, race, sexist cards then we were separated. They used Sun Tzu on us, but we didn't notice there plans of attacks, until it was too late.
When serving in combat, we had to help each other, because if we did not we would of all died, Band of Brothers we were and still are when serving, but when we return home to rest and love, we find that these same hateful spirits had promoted lies and deceptions to our women.
Men are evil, divorce them, make money, be rich, drive new cars, have sex with as many men/women as possible, express your feelings more. Get them for child support $$, get welfare too at the same time, get Thousands of $$$ in tax earned income credits too, free medical, free housing, rent assistance, food stamps,etc...YOU don't need a Man/Father anymore...
Many of my brothers and uncles died in combat to save this country, and now the same country is destroying us. I now ask myself deep inside, why did we served it.
They had destroyed over 70% of Black fathers and 60% of Puerto Rican Americans fathers , using this same system.
Now, they are going after our White Brothers and they are winning. Brothers/Sisters we are being taken out, and being replaced by those that hate this country.

It's pretty clear that the problem is the attack on the Court itself in the book. Can understand why the Court might be upset, but it is still unconstitutional to block its publication.

He may be banned in Mass but if someone were to post it out on the internet then it will be beyond the jurisdiction of the court.
The judge may be able to avoid the first amendment vs child issue if the names of the characters are changed. However, I think in a fist amendment vs family court battle, the first amendment wins. Just look at how many states had to rewrite constitutions and laws because much private information is EASILY available in divorce court records.
actually the homosexual advocates (and the child sex promoters of GLSEN) lost that court case in the end.
