On Wed,March 22, there will be a hearing in Essex County Court in Massachusetts, which could result in the banning of a book by Fathers rights(Pro-Family) activist, Kevin Thompson.

Kevin Thompson has been fighting a long and lonely battle in the Essex Probate and Family Court to try to be able to be a father to his son.

Several months ago, the court impounded the records of the trial and Judge DeGangi has recently granted a restraining order forbidding Kevin from distributing his book, EXPOSING THE CORRUPTION IN THE MASSACHUSETTS FAMILY COURTS.

What's next ? Book burning of fathers books ? What is wrong with this country, and why in God name are they hell bend to destroy the good NCP fathers ? why ? If I were a better educated writer, I would write a book too about what the Milwaukee County Family Court and Child Support enforcement did to me, and many others in the minority community. Taken the good fathers out of picture, and then destorying him like the black widow does to its victims. Here's my story, and I wish I knew know to write it better without showing too much feelings and pains. "Child Support Casualties"

It's about a Puerto Rican U.S. Army Veteran with numberous awards in saving lives is prevented to be a father.

Let's not get hysterical here... the book's publication has been hit with a restraining order.. Does he speak in his book of an ongoing legal proceeding involving a child? If so, then that falls under a lot of child privacy laws, and the judge has all the authority to hold off the publication... I'd hardly call it a "book ban."

I'll distribute it. I'll buy copies from him and give them away.

Men should wake up. They've sat idly by while the American "woman's movement" rolled over their rights in divorce court and in family court. Not to mention the constant bashing men get in the MSM.

FATHER'S SONG:

Trying to catch this phenomenon
Is like trying to capture a flame
Everyone wants to save the world
But no one will take the blame
And when will we learn
The end result of our negligence
Something’s wrong; it’s not quite right
We have misplaced common sense

Excuse me
But has anyone seen everyone’s dad?

Chorus
‘Cause a boy is the only thing
That God can use to make a man
And a boy is the only thing
That God can use to make a man

Point the finger at education
And we curse the silver screen
The prison system regurgitates
And we wonder what does this mean
And boys will be boys
But not without a man called dad
Something’s wrong; the boy moves on
To try to live a life that he’s never had
To try to live that he’ll never have

Look around the family is a dying breed
And broken homes become majority
And the future is always born from example
So where are the men that God gave the responsibility to lead

JONAH 33

Massachusetts. That explains it, nothing further needs to be said. Same sentence with Berlin, Moscow, Baghdad.

Book banning, book burning, political speech censored a la McCain/Feingold -- what's next?

I thought there was a Federal rule against prior restraint, as in the NY Times vs the United States, 1971.

You're probably exactly right. I'll bet there's a LOT more going on here.
