March 22, 2006 Following are the ABC News Investigative Unit's summaries of five documents from Saddam Hussein's government, which have been released by the U.S. government.
The documents discuss Osama bin Laden, weapons of mass destruction, al Qaeda and more.

About time one of the Junk Media outlets noticed
They're going to have to acknowledge these documents sooner or later--otherwise, they're going to look as idiotic as they are. (They keep trying to act as though they're not.)

Operation Iraqi Freedom Documents
Just saw the link on Drudge a few minutes ago. Looks like it's finally going to break mainstream.
Oh, they're going to acknowlege them......only with THEIR version of the translation. Just this morning General Sada was on Fox and friends trying to UNDO the information published by NewsWeek..... the translation of the document were Saddam tells his very disappointed lieutenants that there were NO wmds.
Also, I keep catching the tail end of something CNN keeps reporting....anyone know anything about their reporting on a 'Secret' CIA connection/informant within Saddam's inner circle?
This will pump up ABC's rating and they know it. Other's would be wise to get off their lazy journalist asses and follow suit.
There's about 47,000 boxes left so it would probably be wise if the MSM would just acknowledge the contents and quit trying to spin it.
Need to keep this bumped. IMO it qualifies as breaking news.
Please add me to your ping list
Good to see Drudge has this linked. Saddam was in cahoots with the terrorists, period. Our nation is safer because Saddam is in jail and his wicked sons are dead.
The editor's note claims that this is no proof of operational togetherness but I think that the discussions themselves are in fact exactly what the President was talking about, preventing threats before they FULLY materialize. Just the meetings alone are collusion.
I believe it was Saddam's Interior Intelligence officer or something...He apparently is hiding in the middle east teaching in a University.
It was in a post a little while ago...somewhere here...
Please lock this thread because it is a repeat. Poster beat me by 7 minutes.

The below is a statement made by the poster/blogger of this thread. This is the only place I have heard/seen that there might be any connection to somekind of mole.
"Would I be reading too much into this document to suggest al-Qaeda had (and perhaps still has) a mole in the US Intelligence community ?"
Wow just wow. I read the article and ABC played it straight, no goofy disclaimers. ABC may just see the future coming and doesn't want to get caught with its pants down.
The article describes in pretty good detail Iraqi-BinLaden efforts to set up an operational relationship. The article implies there may have been such an operational relationship.
Wow.
