Same thing happened back in 1992 with Bosnia and caused dloodshed and killings.

The term muliti cultural is a recent bastardized term but your point is correct. Muslim history is replete with this tactic and others. Pali Muslims propagate to the tune of 8-10 kids per woman in order to overwhelm the Jews and Xstians physically. But when they conquer they hold off exterminating everyone until they had squeezed the very last drop of toil and advantage the dhimmi can supply. Once done it's wholesale genocide, for example, Asia Minor by the "moderate" Turk muslims.
