John McCain, you treasonous bastard, I challenge you or any of your traitorous cohorts to find even one thread, one post, one paragraph, one sentence or even one lousy word posted to this web site that is not fully protected by the First Amendment!
And I will extend that to one chapter, one group, one poster or any group of posters on this forum. Name one assembly, petition, letter, protest, meeting or rally convened, filed, submitted, attended or supported by members of this forum that is not 100% protected and guaranteed as free speech or free assembly by the First Amendment!
Your McCain-Feingold campaign finance reform legislation is a treasonous act. You and your cohorts are attempting to subvert the Constitution of the United States of America, the very same constitution that you swore an oath to defend, so help you God! That makes you a domestic enemy of that great document and a traitor to your country. Yes, and Benedict Arnold was a war hero before he turned traitor too.

McCain is very much like Schumer in that he'll do anything to get his face in front of a camera. On this issue he abridged our rights.
So tell us how you REALLY feel about McCain-Feingold, Jim. Seriously, I feel the same way as you. However, the big difference between us and the leftist blogs/websites who don't like McCain-Feingold is that they WON'T criticize their beloved icon, Russ Feingold, for being the co-author of this LOUSY piece of legislation. The conservative blogs/websites are more honest. Like you they point directly at McCain for being guilty of co-authoring the WORST legislation in years.
Um...yeah. It even affects people being able to express their own opinions on their own blogs or on Web forums such as here on the FR.

It turns out that the vast majority of them have been Republicans.
While I will not ever vote for a Democrat for President by the looks of things over there, that does not necessarily mean that the Republican candidate, if undesireable in my opinion, will get my vote, either.
I have (disgustedly, with rare exception) voted for the lesser of two evils for a long time. I am sick of having some shitbird foisted on me because they are marginally less totalitarian than their opponent.
How about getting a real Conservative candidate and then all this will be moot.
While I am in complete agreement, I am still digesting the fact that this was written by you, Jim Robinson and not by you, Chris.
I have not yet read the replies, but I will say that should Jim post an article like this while the Free Republic "Donateathon" is going on, the coffers will be filled. Why this is enough for me, a piker, to donate.
