Re: Your attempt to shut down political free speech on the Internet

John McCain, you treasonous bastard, I challenge you or any of your traitorous cohorts to find even one thread, one post, one paragraph, one sentence or even one lousy word posted to this web site that is not fully protected by the First Amendment!

And I will extend that to one chapter, one group, one poster or any group of posters on this forum. Name one assembly, petition, letter, protest, meeting or rally convened, filed, submitted, attended or supported by members of this forum that is not 100% protected and guaranteed as free speech or free assembly by the First Amendment!

Your McCain-Feingold campaign finance reform legislation is a treasonous act. You and your cohorts are attempting to subvert the Constitution of the United States of America, the very same constitution that you swore an oath to defend, so help you God! That makes you a domestic enemy of that great document and a traitor to your country. Yes, and Benedict Arnold was a war hero before he turned traitor too.

How dare you even think that you are qualified to sit in the oval office! Ronald Reagan's office! President? Hah! You miserable excuse for a two-bit political hack, you're not even qualified to shine Ronald Reagan's boots. If you do run, I'm afraid you're gonna be at least one vote short. It'll be a cold day in hell before a traitor like you ever receives my vote. And that's a campaign promise you can take to the bank.

You can take your fascist campaign finance laws and the jackbooted FEC anti-free-speech enforcers you are empowering and put them where the sun don't shine. And if this post is in violation of your unconstitutional law, shove it too!

Paraphrased from In the Face of Evil: Reagan's War in Word and Deed:

The Beast never dies, it simply changes form. The Beast has known many forms: Bolshevism, communism, Nazism, fascism. The Beast has had many names: Lenin, Stalin, Mussolini, Hitler, Tojo, Mao, Pol Pot.

The Beast cannot co-exist with freedom. The very first freedom lost is the freedom of speech, then religion, knowledge and the arts. Anything that empowers the individual must be destroyed. The state must control all.

Power to the state.

Power as an end to itself.

Those who speak out against the Beast are labeled extremists, radicals, warmongers. Churchill, McCarthy, Reagan.

The Beast must be contained, appeased. We must have "Detente" at any cost. Direct confrontation of the Beast must be avoided.

Appease him and pray the wolf may pass our door.

Free speech must die.

The Beast never dies.

McCain is a crook and he proved it with his role in the "Keating Five". "Campaign reform" for him is just his cheap, misguided way of trying to make amends and prove to himself and the world that he's not a crook. But his idea of "reform" always translates into, "Stop me before somebody comes along with a pot of money and corrupts me again!" In McCain's world, politicians need to be spared the temptation that inevitably corrupts them because they are powerless to resist. You know - - because they're all crooks. Like him.

This nation survived a civil war, we'd survive Hillary.

The Republican party, however, will not survive the enemy from within in the W.H.

Senator Hillary Clinton of New York wants to abolish the Electoral College. On November 9 she told reporters

Look at that! THE DAY AFTER THE ELECTION; hell, probably late that night, before Bush had been declared the winner (again)!!!

Mo, are you talking about that whacky professor she got involved with in college, her mentor?

Bush agrees to McCain's ban on torture : Washington Times Dec 16 2005

>>>>"..(btw, as a Texan, I would go down and start building a fence tomorrow, myself)... "

I'm not far away. Give me a call. Tagline: Secure our borders. Build a wall, fence, moat, guard towers.... whatever. STOP THE INVASION

The IRCA of 1986 was enough amnesty. No more amnesty!

The president is term limited.
Congress (both houses) should be term limited

The President is term limited because CONgress made a law to that effect. To hell with the will of the people.

The problem is CONgress will never make a law to term limit themselves.

Besides, between us, we must have enough stored in bookmarks to destroy her.

If mc pain gets his way and shuts down sites like this...it'll never get out. Politicans know what a difference these sites can make when it comes to elections, that's why they have to shut them down.

Hear hear!

What I do not understand is the number of freepers who seem to think McCain isn't anywhere near as dangerous as Hillary, or that they are wondering about the anger in your post.

Hillary only wishes to do damage. McCain, with CFR, has done a tremendous amount of damage. As others have noted, the blame isn't limited to McCain, he had a co-author, as well as the rest of Congress that passed this, the president who signed it, and the members of the Supreme Court who held it up. Face it, the citizens of this country are quickly being turned from citizen to pawn, mere checkbooks for the politically powerful to stay in power.

Is it any wonder that a career politician would want to limit the abilities of the public to remove him from power?

This forum is the electronic equivalent of a private residence wherein the owner has graciously opened his abode for us to discuss politics. Shutting down sites like this is nothing but an attempt to prevent the free exchange of ideas so that those in power can stay in power.

"Congress shall make no law ... abridging the right of the people peaceably to assemble..."

First of all, that is NOT going to happen.

And, secondly, if it did, how long do you think it would take me to find a place to post them?
