The president is term limited.
Congress (both houses) should be term limited The President is term limited because CONgress made a law to that effect. To hell with the will of the people.
The problem is CONgress will never make a law to term limit themselves.

It's the 22nd Amendment to the Constitution, ratified by the states in 1951, so it wasn't just Congress.
