My belief is that you're going to see a lessening of enforcement on this issue. As more and more of these gap relationships surface. Law enforcement is a game of finite resources. If the worst criminal loose in my neighborhood is a hot female teacher that preys on adolescent men, well, we all have our crosses to bear. I'd love to stay and get fired up over this, but someone's getting mugged in my alley.

I didn't know there were two cases (why
was that, anyway?), but I'd bet this dismissal would undermine the other case and be grounds for appeal.
We'll see her in Playboy sooner or later. Some won't admit to it, of course.

you are absolutely correct. I am saying about 85% of the United Sates call themselves christians but a very, very small % are truly saved...
that being said, I pray for her... imagine if she became born again! By her statements saying the media made too much of this, it seems she has aways to go...
