Young teenage boys are like the Energizer Bunny, they just keep going, and going, and going. Nuff said why some women chase them.

The boy who was 14 at the time didn't want to testify.
His parents didn't want a trial and wanted the plea deal to go through.
The prosecutor is left with a case where the victim and the victim's parents just want the case to go away.
The perp's career in education is over. She's lost her job.
She should have to spend some time behind bars as well for what she did. However, I'm not really that surprised that with a case based on a victim that doesn't want a trail and witnesses that don't want to testify, the prosecutor wanted take what he could get from a plea deal.
The judge rejected the deal. I suspect that the prosecuter now just wants this one to go away, and that he doesn't expect a trial is going to get him a conviction. All the defense has to do is convince one juror that the kid wasn't harmed, and it sounds like the kid may help their cause on that account.

Sounds like the DA just broke a few rules of lawyer's "ethics".

I'm going to be a journalist! She will make a good one, especially if she goes to work for liberals, they can get away with murder.

It was the same....the judge disagreed and said she needs to go to trial....the DA in Marion Co. then dropped the charges against her. She'll serve the sentence from Hillsborugh Co. House arrest and probation.
She says that she's a Christian woman who is bi-polar. Media made way too much out of this. She says, as she gives a press conference.
So, attractive, Christian, bi-polar males will now be getting the same treatment when they have sex with 14 year old girls??
