Live thread from Fayetteville, NC.
About 50 early arrivals in support of the troops have gathered ahead of the leftist "anti-war" rally in Rowan Park.
This is the third year that FreeRepublic, in conjunction with Rolling Thunder, the veteran's motor cycle club, has organized a Support the Troops Rally to counter the Leftist Demonstrations here in the home town of Fort Bragg and Pope Airforce Base. This is the home of 82nd airborne division and 18 airborne corps, and we are proud and grateful for all they do to defend freedom!
I am posting from a handheld, so those of you with better high speed access are invited to post additional information on the leftist speakers on the thread.
I will provide on-site real time commentary and post photos this evening.
We can use him up here at Walter Reed against the Pinkos on Friday nights. The leftists are a bunch of big babies, so it'll be sweets to the sweet....
Fayetteville FReep.
I wish we could. We could accidentally toss some diapers, too!
Honestly, the "peace" contingent was so ugly last year that I'd be worried about having the little children anywhere near them.
You'd think with what Congresscritters get paid, he could afford a better hairpiece! That one looks like guinea pig fur.
Muskrat Love.
You see a lot of Kucinich stickers in this city, unfortunately.
Usually next to some retarded "Envision World Peace" sticker or pro-abortion decal.
LOL!!! Like I said, "sweets to the sweet"!
Chortle! There were a few Kucinich stickers around here in the primary season of '04 ... and they appeared with other moonbat messages, consistently.
Tee hee! I have a 2-year-old, too ... we saw Code Pink in Fayetteville last year (shudder) and they deserve James' diapers!
Bradley? Unknown entity. I saw a video clip on an earlier thread that showed the actual permit application submitted by the NC FReepers.

Bwahahahahahaha!
I hear the Ravenous Maw is hungry again ... I'll be back later hoping for pictures. It's almost sundown in the Greater Charlotte Urban Sprawl, so the FReep is probably heading for supper, and then back to their computers.

The MSM is fond of hiring former General Wesley Clark, a Demo presidential aspirant for 2008, who is anti-Bush, to flap his gums on talk shows as a "military expert", not as a Demo political operative. He needs to put a sock in it.
I love the idiots that festoon their entire automobile-and I've actually saw a patented hippie wagon like this in the E. Village last weekend-with platitudinous, leftist banalities and empty, politically correct slogans.
It reminded me of a Thomas Sowell column about the right to speak freely v. the right to be heard, within the contest of a case involving Jehovah's Witnesses.
HUBER - Thanks for the live thread. Keep up the defense of the home front down there.
Only 250 moonbats? Was it the cold weather? How many FReepers were there?
We held down the fort in Olney, MD. The moonbats were out in force today, 38 to our 18. Of our 17, we had 7 Freepers/Lurkers, 5 kids that walked in, 2 adult walkins and 3 Legionnaires. The kids said they'll be back next week with reinforcements.
Spiff was his normal self, using his loud speaker and laptop to irritate the grumpies. I think he spent half of his time on their side. We held 1 corner to ourselves and mixed together on another. On that corner the moonbats were on a big turning lane island while we held the corner. [Mr] Trooprally
