Canteen Music Dedication
Click for our National Anthem! (remove your caps please!)
Oh, say, can you see, by the dawn's early light, What so proudly we hail'd at the twilight's last gleaming? Whose broad stripes and bright stars, thro' the perilous fight, O'er the ramparts we watch'd, were so gallantly streaming? And the rockets' red glare, the bombs bursting in air, Gave proof thro' the night that our flag was still there. O say, does that star-spangled banner yet wave O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave?
On the shore dimly seen thro' the mists of the deep, Where the foe's haughty host in dread silence reposes, What is that which the breeze, o'er the towering steep, As it fitfully blows, half conceals, half discloses?
Now it catches the gleam of the morning's first beam, In full glory reflected, now shines on the stream: 'T is the star-spangled banner: O, long may it wave O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave!
O, thus be it ever when freemen shall stand, Between their lov'd homes and the war's desolation; Blest with vict'ry and peace, may the heav'n-rescued land Praise the Pow'r that hath made and preserv'd us as a nation! Then conquer we must, when our cause is just, And this be our motto: "In God is our trust" And the star-spangled banner in triumph shall wave O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave!

Not the boss sweetie! Steer clear of him. He's only useful for the signature on your paychecks. And he is paying you well to be there, right? If not, we're coming for a visit. God help him. Hehe!
So? What else are you doing besides FReeping unauthorized? LOL!

Wanna hear something about computer games that should really embarrass me too much to tell it?
Okay: You twisted my arm.
The only adventure game I ever finished was: LEISURE SUIT LARRY AND THE LAND OF THE LOUNGE LIZARDS! ;)
(I'd get frustrated with HITCHHIKER and others on the Atari. Got LSLarry for my Zenith 2-3.5" drives laptop; solved the DOS version. Then got the graphics version for my Atari ST. There's just something very wrong with a game with Larry's "mission" being able to hold my attention long enough for me to solve it! ... I do have to say that when Larry's discoed in the ST version, he did look cool. LOL)

What a coincidence!
When I was in junioir high, a friend of mine had an Atari 1040ST and we played Leisure Suit Larry and the Land of the Lounge Lizzards! This friend also had one of the early scanners (an optical cable that attached to the print head of his dot matrix printer).
To: Army Air Corps
I tested one of those scanners! (I don't remember whether or not I wrote a review of it; I'm guessing I didn't. It was a bit clunky to use.) ;)
I do remember that when I got my first inkjet printer, that I'd send the masters I'd done for our computer newsgroup's newsletter pages to the printer and then go to bed -- and hope it was done printing by the time I work up!
