David Gregory Going Nuts at WH Briefing

Everyone's favorite rabid Bush-hater is ripping into McClellan at a WH briefing on today's action in Iraq. Gregory is all over McClellan with charges that Bush has authorized this "bloody attack" to raise his poll numbers. Helen Thomas has just chimed in to say that Bush is a war criminal in his "unauthorized attack in Iraq" (unauthorized by the UN abd MSM). That "preemptive war is unacceptable." As McClellan replies Thomas bores ahead. Quite a sight. Reporters are now challenging McClellan on the US' right to defend itself. The masks are sure off the Dinosaur Press, folks.

What a duo, felt sorry for McClellan answering questions from Gregory and Thomas back to back. Thomas was so busy trying to make derogatory statements, she wouldn't let Scott answer her question. Hilarious.

McClellan is a lying idiot. This administration really needs to get better representation if they want to keep the attack dogs off of them.

They shouldn't be allowed to control the briefing.
There are rumors of staff changes, as much as I like Mr. McClellen as a person, I hope press secretary is one of those changes. He should shut the briefing down, as soon as these wind bags start their rants.

Didn't reporters (and I use that term very loosely) used to be objective and just report facts? Thank goodness for FR. I would go crazy if I had to listen to these "experts" to get my news!
Yes, "reporters used to be objective and just report facts."
For the most part, there are no more "reporters." These people are "journalists" and thus have a wider range in what they may write and publish. Some are even "fiction writers" who call themselves "journalists" and are not even near old-school "reporters."
Some are not "reporters," "journalists," or even fiction writers...they are just plain old hacks fronting for philosophical and political organizations and agendas.
Jack*sses.......they are imposters, not reporters. Kind of like "Pravda," only written in English.

What kills me is the belief that GWB sits around all day worrying about his poll numbers.
Frankly, he doesn't give a flying fig. Ticks people off all over.
Oddly, I admire it. EVEN when I disagree or wish it was different.

I truly hate these two terrorist-loving traitors. They should get on a plane, go to Iraq and become media casualties! Oh, I forgot! Most of the reporters don't leave the Green Zone.

Now someone is askng why wasn't this type of attack launched before? In other words, why did they wait so long?

In any case, spell his name right. ; ).
He is not effective as I wish he was, but I can't see what he has done to make you loathe him.

He's surely on something. The WH needs to implement drug and alcohol testing for reporters. LOL

Attended a dinner last night where a couple of my tablemates were so anti-Iraq terrorist war and thereby anti-Bush. Made me sick to be sitting there.

Is there no depth to which the MSM will descend?
Apparently, not. One would think that the "Dan Rather" debacle would have taught them something.
