From news reports, the impeached POS appears to be an unregistered lobbiest for Dubai.
With the clintons taking both sides of the issue, it's a perfect example of their strategy to maintain leftist support while appealing to the middle.

No one cares what Bill and Hillary thinks about the ports.
Their celebritery is getting thin -- and that's all they have going for them.
Both Clintons had a brilliant 15 minutes of fame, but the glow is fading and falling away like a summer firework display.
The media will try to keep them alive but the spark is gone.
