I realise what this poster said seemed bad, but it is clear he was simply confused as to the real person behind a freeper name.
To ban him for that confusion is I believe too harsh a punishment. I've looked at most of his posts the past few days, and he hasn't been abusive. Even in this last post he was going to go back and check his facts and come back -- maybe he would find himself wrong and apologize, or maybe he would find proof of something, or an explanation for the difference of opinion.
It seem a very big shame to banish a freeper who actually lives in the UAE over this dust-up.

If I was an advisor to CIC...yes and then some. It only serves a darker purpose by enemies of the US (both foreign and domestic) to sow seeds of discontent by the "appearance" (when none existed) of racial bias toward Muzzies.

OK, I have been reading this thread to stay awake as I have a wee one with strep throat and the only thing I want to ask is "will Jim Robinson give out member identities and locations to "special people" like yourself?" Ok, I listened to the tape several times and I heard you use the descriptive word mudball. In all honesty, especially if I was emotionally caught up in the issue and agreed completely with the General, I can understand how it might have been interpreted you were calling anyone including the General a mudball for saying the issue was about racism.
The more I listened to the tape, the clearer it became to me just who you were calling a mudball and that it definitely wasn't the General.

I will defer to you and others that do know...however, in my opinion this reaction to the Dubai ports deal HAS to be because it is an Arab nation to a certain extent.
There is no other explanation for the near panic that was seen in Congress, the MSM..and supposedly in the polls.
