My mother has always been a big Agatha Christie fan. She probably owns just about every book Agatha Christie has written.
NPR, I think, the other day, discussing Dubai and the port deal. Whoever they had on said if you really looked at the language, Dubai had walked a fine line and said they'd sell to another entity. They didn't say who, so they may still get what they want.
I missed almost all of what they said, but I think they didn't want to be on record calling for censure of the Pres.
Sleuth posted that they said they're going to look into the 'wire-tapping'
Maybe I'll TIVO the re-run just to see the panel. Thanks for the info.
That's a good point EC. However one of the big
problems is that at least a few of us have
gotten burnt out on listening to the same ol'
rat/spin/lies. IN adition it seems like
usual characters inviting the
same old worn out, tired, rat guests with
barely a conservative on any of the shows.
That makes it gets tough to cover these shows as
well as we should sometimes.
Not a good excuse but a possible reason.
What do you think the Swifties would do if....(long shot)..there was a Kerry vs. McCain race???
They couldn't back McCain...McCain called them liars.
OH!- okay!
that makes me feel so much better...
that means they won't look into a darn thing and they will censure the President in SIX DAYS......
(eye roll)
are you joining me with a nice glass of wine?
:-)
Forget it ... (about the bashers apologizing) they are still trying to justify their behavior and prove they were right. I was on a thread last nite that was beyond inane--
Speaking of Barack Baby:
Schieffer Ignores Obama's High Flying Record
I've been hearing more and more about Romney's Mormonism and how it's going to be such a liability to him. Funny how being a "Mormon" isn't a problem for Harry Reid.
All I can say is that some in the media/democrat party must be looking at Romney and seeing more and more of a threat, so they're starting to lay the groudwork for his character assassination.
I suppose you are right...BUT, I just picture that maniac, Alemajeahd..(sp) of Iran, watching those proceedings, rubbing his hands together...and telling his buddies that there is NO WAY that Americans would let THIS POTUS go to war with IRAN...
So..full speed ahead with all nuclear activity.
LOL!
That makes PERFECT SENSE!
well thanks for just letting me rant and not kicking me over it...
after I polish off a bit more whiskey I promise to be my sweet cuddly self again!
LOL!
Maybe Gore is speaking in Denver. Since he's so on top of global warming, and it's snowing here at the moment, it's a logical place for him to be.
George Allen did what he could for this period of time in the Abortion issue. Soon the issue will be a minor one when 4D Ultrasound's are very inexpensive and the norm, and the lies that the Pro aborts have pushed for years have been proved to be just that a bunch of LIES. We do not do ourselves any favors on this issue by unrealistic demands, and offensive rhetoric. we are in the 11th Hour and the pro abort position is ready for the lethal injection at Midnight, and the overheated demands that even a woman that is raped should not be allowed to have an abortion at any time is like calling the Governor and getting a pardon for the Pro Aborts. We are winning on this issue and very close to what we want, and some are too overzealous and one issue to realize it. They are coming very close to blowing it totally.
How did I know you'd be back with that?
And quickly, too.
IOW...they might have a beef with McCain also...delicious!
I thought Pence did fine, as did Duncan Hunter (contrary to some others reviews).
I just don't understand why so many freepers are not content with Hannity's intelligence. How smart do you need him to be? What he does for a living, can you see his shoelaces? No.
Anytime somebody agrees with me better than 50% of the time, I'm grateful. Besides, he has a better track record than Rush Limbaugh for finding his way to work every day.
(Seriously, he's no dummy. If George Bush were not President and he had the Bush and Colmes Show, you'd all be calling him bad names instead.)
