State Dept.: U.S. Hostage Tom Fox Killed
An American who was among four Christian activists kidnapped last year in Iraq has been killed, a State Department spokesman said Friday.
The FBI verified that a body found in Iraq Friday morning was that of Tom Fox, 54, of Clear Brook, Va., spokesman Noel Clay said. He said he had no information on the other three hostages.

It was mentioned earlier, but you've fleshed...er...developed the idea much better. I agree - totally.

I would have assumed he was dead already. RIP though.

I will say a prayer for his soul and his loved ones, but was a fool who tried to show the evil of his own country, rather than of the enemy. The people with who he sided, not surprisingly, murdered him.
The irony of the hate-Bush anti-war crowd is staggering. Nick Berg's dad hates Bush more than the cowards who murdered his son.

This swords of righteousness brigades looks like eather an al-Qaeda front group or more likely a criminal gang that just wants money. They probably sold the American to Zarqawi a couple days ago. Which means there might be another snuff flick to come out in one to three days.

This is a sickening story but should teach the anti-war naive fools about what we are fighting. Oh, probably not.

There are moronic anti-war fliers staped a couple blocks from my house that say something like "end the war, support the resistance to the occuption" join the march on the anniversary of the attack on Iraq.

Actually, that's a very good analogy.

It was a good analogy back then, too. The appeasement scientist was given a Lenin beard and he wore the Russian style cap. If that wasn't enough, he was more than happy to sacrifice everyone at the arctic base on behalf of his ideas about peace. They didn't dig that style too much in the cold war I grew up in. I still don't.

This mis-guided person said this:
http://electroniciraq.net/news/2212.shtml
"As I survey the landscape here in Iraq, dehumanization seems to be the operative means of relating to each other. U.S. forces in their quest to hunt down and kill "terrorists" are as a result of this dehumanizing word, not only killing "terrorist", but also killing innocent Iraqis: men, women and children in the various towns and villages."
He felt he had to go to Iraq to monitor the U.S. forces, and instead he found that the poor "terrorists" whom he foolishly thought were the victims, turned out to be the murderers.
Rather than proving the U.S. military was killing innocents, he found that the terrorists were doing the killing.
Sad that he had to lose his life.

YUP. Not that I don't feel a little sorry for this activist but you play in a killer's playground and you take a serious chance of getting murdered.

May I ammend this:
