Lol...good points...allow a mysogenistic dope that blew up historic bhuddist monuments and harboured the deadliest terrorist in the world into an Ivey League, but for God's sake, don't let Uncle Sam on campus!

"..merely because they apply the same non-discrimination policies to the military that they apply to every other employer that seeks to recruit on campus.”

How much funding do they get from these other employers?

Are these kickbacks legal?

The ACLU needs to wake up and realize how far outside the mainstream of the United States they've become.

Where is the ACLUs lawsuit against Harvard for accepting $20 million from the Saudis, who decapitate queers for practicing their depravity?

The ACLU better watch their statements because the decision not only upheld the Solomon law it held that Congress could mandate the accomodation of military recruiters regardless of whether or not the school receives federal funds.

It's a good day for America when the ACLU is disappointed! I usually don't take satisfaction in other peoples misery, but I will make an exception in this case.

"We disagree with the Court’s decision today in Rumsfeld v. FAIR. Universities should not be punished by the loss of their federal funding merely because they apply the same non-discrimination policies to the military that they apply to every other employer that seeks to recruit on campus"

Well then stop discrimninating against those employers too.

“...We disagree with the Court’s decision today in Rumsfeld v. FAIR..."-ACLU

The SCOTUS decision was Unanimous. The ACLU position appears unsupported.

I believe that it is important that EVERYBODY notify their Congresscritters that they will not receive our votes if they in any way support a budget that allows so much as one thin taxpayer dime to go to those athiest Democrat scumbags at the ACLU.
