I suppose on this thread it goes without saying, but I'll say in anyway...BOYCOTT THE OSCARS tonight.
I want the ratings for this year's program go into the toilet (where most the nominated movies belong). I won't waste my money to see the films, my electricity to watch the Oscars, or my time watching to witness Hollywood's self-adulation fest.
Pass it on...
I hated that movie.
He's very sexy and does not seem like a girly man.
He is indeed.
Absolutely not. Remember that whole apartheid thing? She probably has to make reparations payments.
Oh, JLo's dress is pretty, it's just the WRONG color!
She looked fantastic for her age. What a classic lady.
Joaquin Phoenix was also the weird kid in "Parenthood" with Steve Martin that had the brown paper bag.
I remember George Carlin saying he wished he was from South Africa so he could come here and call himself an African American to piss people off.
Green is really in. Not sure if it can beat Black though. Though neither green nor black are my colors.
Calling it a nite 'cuz 1) the Oscars aren't worth staying up for and 2) I have to pack for a business trip. Hasta pastas.
what is with this song and the burning car
Is this for the Spielberg movie ?
He was also in Signs with Mel Gibson.
J-Lo: Can't sing, can't dance, can't dance.
are you sure it was not "craaaaab peoople,,,,craaaaab peeeople...."
I think that was Letterman's problem. He's gone down in history as being a bad Oscar host, but I thought he was hilarious. It's just that his jokes were at the expense of giant Hollywood egos, so while I was rolling in the living room, the jerks in the theater were chuckling and shifting uncomfortably. They couldn't take a joke on themselves.
Never watched them. Why bother.
Joaquin Phoenix was also the weird kid in "Parenthood" with Steve Martin that had the brown paper bag.
I didn't know that. I'll have to check that out again.
