I suppose on this thread it goes without saying, but I'll say in anyway...BOYCOTT THE OSCARS tonight.
I want the ratings for this year's program go into the toilet (where most the nominated movies belong). I won't waste my money to see the films, my electricity to watch the Oscars, or my time watching to witness Hollywood's self-adulation fest.
Pass it on...

Lauren Bacall was born in September, 1924 - which makes her FREAKIN' OLD! or 81+.

I like Joaquin Phoenix. He was brilliant in The Gladiator.
This past week's Prime Minister's Questions on CSPAN, if anyone's wondering.

That's interesting about Hattie.
You know Clooney demonstrated his superiority complex beautifully ... when he said, he was glad he wasn't in the mainstream Oor something like that.

Every time I hear the voice of that fat person on a pizza hut commerical, it inspires me not to eat the fatening pizza hut food.

That is why Johnny Cash personally picked him to play him.

Indeed, I really hated him when I saw him in Gladiator, I kept hating him until I finally saw Walk the Line.

Theron isn't woman enough for that dress. She's trying to manufacture curves for her stick figure.

Why do fashion designers insist on using MUSTARD in any garment? I've yet to see anyone on whom that color looks good.
