MANY residents of UAE thought — mistakenly as it turns out — that they knew the Clintons. Former president Bill and former co-president/current New York Senator Hillary were deemed to be friends of the UAE — and the Arab world in general.
While Hillary hadn’t visited the UAE recently, Bill is a regular — at least when he’s invited for a paid speech or appearance. Sometimes, he’s graced us in person — other times via a video conference. President Bush, everyone agreed, was an anti-Arab cowboy, worthy of little more than derision.

My husband is a liar and a cheat. He has cheated on me from the beginning, and, when I confront him, he denies everything. What's worse, everyone knows that he cheats on me. It is so humiliating. Also, since he lost his job five years ago, he hasn't even looked for a new one.
All he does all day is smoke cigars, cruise around and BS with his buddies while I have to work to pay the bills. Since our daughter went away to college he doesn't even pretend to like me and hints that I may be a lesbian. What should I do?

The biggest US Naval port outside the Continental U.S.
The only ME Arab country that gives us intelligence and operatives in the ME.
Use of their airbases.
The biggest, cleanest and safest R&R base for our troops in the ME.
Has troops with our special forces in Afghanistan and Iraq.
Has people in Iraq helping train up Iraqi police and military personnel.
Has 500 American companies doing business on their soil.
Sells us lots of oil. (We haven't converted to switch grass yet.)
On Thursday, Rep. Duncan Hunter, chairman of the House Armed Services Committee, told reporters, "I intend to do everything I can do to kill the deal."
Either our representatives trust the Commander in Chief or they don't.
If not then the WOT is over and we had better gather ourselves in and make amends with those we have offended. This isn't an argument about how much more the feds will pick our pockets it's about our war time foreign policy. It concerns the heart of the region where the war emanated from to boot. A command falls apart when every decision is questioned and war cannot be successfully waged under this kind of disarray.
If B O'R went ballistic how would anyone know if he was actually upset? ;^P

Why in the world should someone who is so out of the loop and ignorant be elected to anything,let alone the Senate or Presidency?
I sometimes wonder how many folks in the once great "Democratic" party feel betrayed and abandoned by today's far left democrats (who are anything but "democratic".)
