Hannity would be interesting if he utilized reasoning processes to come to his conclusions. He merely goes with the obvious "conservative" position on an issue, obtains one argument, and repeats it endlessly. If this argument grows thin, he quotes Democrats, feigns horror at their gall, and assumes the Republicans to be correct by process of elimination. Opponents are never wrong to Hannity, they simply go too far, such as when they "criticize our president at war"!
The standard Hannity attack is "do you really mean that? If you do, you agree with X, who said Y, and you can't agree with Y!!!"
The essence of Hannitism.

He's ticking off the hysteria talking points...

We can discuss this over a steak at Ruth's Cris! Only if it is served at 1300 degrees, sizzling, and it's on you.

He started right out claiming their was a massive effort of hysterical campaigning...in support of the deal. While he continues to insist that it's about controlling "ports", not "facilities".
I would actually like to hear Hannity on Rush's show or Rush on Hannity's show. These two are POLAR opposites on this issue.

I can accept being on opposite sides of an issue but Sean Vannity is outright lying and he knows it. Whatever happened to his conservative principles?
To: mnehrling
I had to turn him off. He began the program by bashing other folks who backed the deal and said they hadn't researched before they spoke. Tony Snow did a lot more homework much sooner than Hannity. I may go back to listening to him much later but that was a bit too much.

He's beginning to make Alan Colmes look like the conservative one.

Sean is playing to demographics here and a marketing niche. Rush is pro port he is taking an opposite tact. He will come on board soon enough. One thing he is wrong about is "people just want to make sure it ok there is no anti arab feeling" Please. We know he h and has people watching the threads on here and reading the net. Once this insane cartoon mess has toned a little people will again get some perspective. I have a feeling that several successful developments out of Iraq will get people back on message

No thank you....I prefer women. Question: why don't you change the channel?

Sean is an idiot on this issue.
A British company is selling P&O to the UAE.
What kind of a 'trusted ally' would allow this?
You have to be an idiot to neglect this reality.
The British and Aussies have no problem with this deal.
A British company pushing the deal should be trusted according to Sean's logic, but he's not thinking logically.
My question to Sean:
Can you trust an ally like Britain who allows a company like P&O to seek and make a sale to the UAE which effects ports in the U.S., Britain and Australia?

Is it just me or shouldn't we be talking about spys and
leaking from the United States Senate, possibly Rockefeller?
We have a sedition problem in this country.
We have black muslims who want to overthrow the government.
We have nazi's who want to storm the white house.
Folks... the water has reached my bottom lip!

Your idea is GREAT............ but it will never happen.......... because both of them are just weak-kneed self-serving children.
