I think Sean left the two of them on the phone together, which was a great idea. I'm not much for making distinctions based on race, buy young black need to hear from people like Kevin...sensible, good, strong, patriotic...if there is to be headway in this area.

I did hear Laura repeat a clear understanding of the facts and admit the deal didn't seem to be as bad as it initially seemed. She may still oppose it, but that is what she said.

Get a grip! Where is your sense of humor?? Mark Levin uses those kind of lines all the time....it's part of his schtick, and he and Sean are friends. Sean does it occasionally as a nod to Mark. People who listen to the shows should be aware of it, even the libs, and not take particular offense at the comments. Otherwise, as we have often told you, you are welcome to listen to other shows and start your own threads. Thought we had your promise to behave when you are on this thread?? Constructive criticism is fine, cheap shots are not appreciated! Nuff said??

Problem is, I wonder if you would argue the same way for this deal should it had been Clinton or Hillary (future) to spearhead this doosey.

Problem is, President Bush didn't "spearhead" this deal. DPWorld and a state backed Singapore firm bid on P&O and DPWorld won the bidding.

It was an old fashioned business acquisition, but what the hey, you couldn't do the research yourself.
