In five years' time, how many Jews will be living in France? Two years ago, a 23-year-old Paris disc jockey called Sebastien Selam was heading off to work from his parents' apartment when he was jumped in the parking garage by his Muslim neighbor Adel. Selam's throat was slit twice, to the point of near-decapitation; his face was ripped off with a fork; and his eyes were gouged out. Adel climbed the stairs of the apartment house dripping blood and yelling, "I have killed my Jew. I will go to heaven."
Is that an gripping story? You'd think so. Particularly when, in the same city, on the same night, a Jewish woman was brutally murdered in the presence of her daughter by another Muslim. You've got the making of a mini-trend there, and the media love trends.
Yet no major French newspaper carried the story.

Honestly, imo any Jew, Christian or non muslim who stays in any islamic country at this point has a real case of death wish. Should we really worry about such people? I dont mean to be harsh, but how many incidents of this type must be completed before reality sets in?
The point is; this is happening in non-islamist countries. The danger is spreading, coming soon to a community near you.
You corrected me properly, but I will tell you my intent was to say that anyone around muslims period needs to get away from them. There, I fixed it. BTW, we have them here. When I see them I remove myself from their area. I have told family and friends to do the same, but they already did it anyways. To each their own, you can hang around them all you like, but when they do the islam thing, oh well.

Whats strange is that when Israel invited French Jews 'back' to the homeland, Chirac raised an angry hue and cry. And after such truly horrific (the adjective horrific is typically lightly used in most situations, but not this one) attacks on jews in france, what right does Chirac have to feign indignation if israel wants its people home?
Should they all come to America instead? If we don't help defend them "over there," we'll one day be living in the United States of Arabia.
What is startling to me, is that people are so blinded by their ill-concieved notions, that they'll actually call you xenophobic if you're just trying to exercise reasonable caution.
I don't wish Arabs any harm. I do happen to recognize that there is a high rate of harsh feelings for the west harbored by some of them. The problem is, I have no way of knowing who those folks are.
This isn't a game. You get one chance to make a mistake. If you make one you're dead, your family may be dead, your friends may be dead, you're community may be dead.
It's called self-preservation folks. Arabs have a homeland. In that homeland they are free to function as they please. I have no idea why a culture so foreign to ours has been transplanted into our nation in the numbers it has.

Yes, but we keep letting more and more of these people immigrate into this country.
Senator Specter has legislation pending that will allow an additional 500,000 to 600,000 foreigners to immigrate into America to take jobs.
I believe that feel good pie in the sky politicians like Specter endanger this country with their not so thought out policies towards their own constituents.
Immigration needs to be shut down until a handle can be gotten on the war on terror and better screening is done by our state department.
Our current immigration policies are being beaten very easily by just about anyone who can get the money to travel to the United States.
