just let them know, before you can send money to them for their administrative costs, they will have to send some to you for your administrative costs! I've heard of people who actually made money off these scammers :-)
If Suha is so worried about security, why didn't she get her go-between lawyer Jacques Laurent to E-mail you directly in the first place.

Part of the deal that guaranteed her lifestyle was that when Yassar died, she was only one of a few that actually got to see his medical report. The PLO didn't want the information that Yassar died of Aids to get out, so Suha cracked an agreement that she recieves a large sum of money each month for life from them. She also most likely had in her possession some of the swiss bank account numbers the PLO was using to steal the aid money being sent to the Palestinians that were in the billions.
She and that demon offspring she had will never starve.
