I am happy he got to call, too. It doesn't happen often and we really get all excited when it does.
Please pray for him. The Major board announces it's decision and lets him know if he gets his promotion to major next Thursday and if it is the Father's will, I, myself, pray for this to happen for him. We know that prayer is very powerful.
