Well, Bubba is President Bush's "adopted brother" these days, so we should probably let him (or Bubba's "adoptive father", GHWB) handle this.

Encourage him. Every time Bill opens his mouth it serves to remind people how much they hated having him and his wide load accomplice in the White House.
