Really disturbing thing to me was my insurance card I am required to carry in my car came and it is bi lingual for the 1st time.Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm....seeming as how the purpose of carrying that card is to be able to show police officers your proof of insurance.....I tend to think that police officers who don't read English would not be a very good or safe idea.....

Or is the case that the chances if you have an accident it with be with a Hispanic so it is easier to exchange insurance details, whatever it speaks volumes.

How on earth does one get a frigging commercial driver's license without knowing how to speak English???!!
