Oh yes, running this truth might disrupt the "Cheney shoots inocent lawyer" headlines the MSM slime are selling today.

Come on already, they have important things to televise, like a 1996 panel discussion on the Johnson White House. They can't cover everything. Seriously, every time I turn on c-span it's some long ago obscure event with bad camera work and about 12 people in the audience.

I called and spoke to a very nice lady who said she was receiving lots of calls and was trying to track down further information and get the hearings scheduled.

Call and Email this posting to friends, family, relatives and co-workers outside of FreeRep, tell them all to contact CSPAN and Weldon's office.

Please take a moment to call the C-Span office to let them know you would like to see the Able Danger hearings today. The hearing starts at 2:30 eastern time today. It is not on their schedule and when I called C-Span they said they did not know if or when they would run the hearing. Then I called Congressman Weldon's office and they are baffled that C-Span is not running the hearing. I told Weldon's office I would put this thread up and hopefully enough people will call C-Span to encourage them to run the hearings live.

Call C-Span- Main Number: (202) 737-3220

--Thanks abner!

I posted in another thread this morning that we inundate CSPAN with email requests for them to broadcast the hearing.

Let them know, and they may broadcast it.

I got this post in another AD thread:

You can listen to live audio feed of the House Armed Services Committee hearings at the link below.

Right now, its budget testimony. Able Danger hearing begins at 2:30 pm, although I believe they may be going into closed session at some point...

Well, I made my call. Thanks for the phone number.

I was told that not only would they not be showing the Able Danger hearings live, they have no intention of showing the tape of the hearings in the future.

Then they patched me through to their comment line. I asked them to put the taped hearings on in the near future.

Quite frankly, I believe NEITHER the GOP or DEMS want this story aired on C-Span. OR anywhere for that matter. They're both neck deep in it.

The Able Danger truth ain't happenin' folks.
