The phone rang a long time. Then someone answered. I told them what I was requesting. She put me through to an automatic system, where my comments were recorded.
I certainly hope they hear the requests from the public, that we NEED to know about our government's handling or mishandled of this information.
Hold on the line, she eventually answers.
She was polite but had no info, asked me to call her back.
