CHENEY:
NYT's is under investigation for Treason and Sedition!
CHENEY: NYT FACES CONTINUED LOSSES OF SUBSCRIPTIONS IF MAN LIVES
To the NY Slimes; Just report the news not what maybe the news!
As long as the half sized BB stays in his heart no matter when he dies the Slimes will claim it to be the contributing factor. They sat on the NSA story for a year they can certainly sit on this for 15-20 years.
There's no distinction made between private and public property in regard to a license or a stamp. There are hoops to jump through for each wildlife species you hunt and for the specified hunting seasons. The species and the hunting comes under the Parks and Wildlife Dept. and does not depend on WHERE it is done.
At this point, we'd have a hard time not running afoul of the law on just about any activity we do, not just hunting. That's the definition of totalitarianism -- the criminalization of everything but state power. It's here, and not in a small way.
Since when do they empanel a grand jury to investigate a possible firearms negligence case?
Major James B. Durst purchased the Armstrong Ranch land in 1853. His daughter married the Texas Ranger Capt. John B. Armstrong in 1878, and they moved their family to the property in 1882. Their descendants continue to run the ranch today.
In 1904 the St. Louis, Brownsville and Mexico Railroad came through and added the ranch to its stops. The railroad sold out to the larger Missouri Pacific. The first post office operated under the name of Katherine, but was renamed in 1915. Highway 77 was completed through the ranch in 1940. - Tobin Armstrong, Armstrong Ranch, Armstrong, TX, April 23, 2002
Captain James B. Armstrong founded the Armstrong Ranch around 1893. In 1904 the St. Louis, Brownsville and Mexico Railroad came through and added the ranch to its stops. The railroad sold out to the larger Missouri Pacific. The first post office operated under the name of Katherine, but was renamed in 1915.
The highest population occurred in 1929 at 25 persons, although when a bus from the Rio Grange Valley occasionally breaks down near Armstrong the population temporarily swells to 40 or more. Amenities are few and it's hard to see where Armstrong's 20 estimated residents actually live.
We include tiny Armstrong in our town pages for two main reasons: One, people have asked if the post office is for real, and two, there's not a lot of other towns to write about in Kenedy County.

Great. Iran is enriching uranium so they can blow Israel (and someday us) up, and all the media can focus on is a hunting accident involving the VP that bears not one iota on his public service. Typical. I guess Islamist nuclear development won't be above-the-fold until a bomb actually goes off in one of our cities. Then maybe they'll wake up -- if only to blame Bush for it.

You know that in their secret back rooms the MSM is praying to whatever god they worship that Whittington dies.
It's just more evidence that the MSM WANTS the man to die so that they can call Cheney a murderer.
They are worse than ghoulish. They are downright evil.
Rush said they would start with the "if he dies" crap didn't he! I hope when Mr. Whittingdon or whatever his name is gets better he does a press conference (takes no questions) and tells them the stupid press what happened, that it was an accident and "let's just all move on"!!!!!!
I pray that Whittington holds a presser once he's released and SLAMS the MSM with both 'fu_kin barrels!!
Nice!
I respond to your rant about a Quail License, and you retort with IRS! Eminent domain! Gun control! WE'RE ALL GONNA DIE!
I agree that everyone is a potential felon/criminal because of the IRS. I agree that recent eminent domain rulings discard much of the concept of private property. Gun laws are nipping away at the 2nd amendment. THESE ARE ALL PROBLEMS WITH THE FEDERAL GOBBMINT.
WE AGREE!
But what I responded to was your off-the-handle complaint about how $7 Quail Licenses make it impossible for a person to hunt without " no person can possibly avoid running afoul of the government."
THAT is simply not true. There are good reasons to slow down game taking in a world where city-slicker hunters outnumber the sustainable population and lakes must be stocked manually. For no other reason, it gives metrics on how many hunters/fishers there are so as to estimate the impact on the critters.
So rave on about the FedGov.....but chill out about State Parks and Wildlife regulations. And don't talk so high and mighty about "rodent hunting." Squirrel is tasty eatin you high-faluting yonder sitter!
Thank you for the explanation! I appreciate it.

The man is 78 years old for crying out loud. Razor burn would be considered deadly!
CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas (CNN) -- Authorities have cleared Vice President Dick Cheney of wrongdoing in the Texas shooting of a hunting companion, while reporters aimed tough questions at White House officials about their delay in disclosing the accident.
It's all these ah "soles" have to keep them slobbering on their bibs!
Please excuse my ignorance on this subject. My question is...
If there is anyone who 1.) doesn't have a 7 dollar hunting lisence in the state and (2.) accidently shoots someone and that someone (eventually) dies with proof that it was related to the accident, do they face manslaughter charges as well?
I know it may seem like a stupid question so please humor me and spell it out for me. = )
