Please excuse my ignorance on this subject. My question is...
If there is anyone who 1.) doesn't have a 7 dollar hunting lisence in the state and (2.) accidently shoots someone and that someone (eventually) dies with proof that it was related to the accident, do they face manslaughter charges as well?
I know it may seem like a stupid question so please humor me and spell it out for me. = )
If someone jumped in front of a car moving at 65 mph in a 60 mph zone and that person dies, does the driver of the car face manslaughter charges?
