Everything is a crime in America, if someone wants it to be. Any black or Hispanic man doing the same would be facing charges.

Look, if my mom, a staunch democrat her whole life, thinks this whole thing is overblown and ridiculous - even feels sorry for the VP having to go through this - then we've nothing to get all wild-eyed about. Carlos Valdez is the democrat DA who approved a plea bargain for a woman in Kingsville TX who drowned her newly born infant in the commode immediately after giving birth.
She was given probation after being indicted for murder by virtue of the plea bargain. The whole thing smelled to high heaven.
