Geez, they threw everything at him but Iran Contra. Why didn't they just headline the piece "Cheney is a murderous bastard"?

You gotta see this one...

I don't really think it's the White House's responsibility to talk to the press about another person's medical condition. In fact, I think it's a violation of the injured person's privacy.
You know. The privacy the left is so concerned about that we ended up with abortion being made legal.
Anyway, the person who owns the property says she called the reporter who broke the story at 8:00 a.m. Sunday. That it took the rest of the MSM nearly all day to drag themselves out of their hangover and check the wires is their problem.

I wonder if Mr. Kerry had a Duck Stamp when he went on his "I'm a real man" duck hunt?
That would be interesting to know.
My bet is no.

Amazing how this has been all over every freggin` headline, TV show, comedy TV show, radio station since it happened, but a former VP who backstabbed his nation on foreign soil is completely ignored, a former VP who blatantly emboldened the enemies of the US in time of war is deemed less of a story. The bias is incredible.

the veep's office revealed he didn't even have the proper $7 stamp on
his hunting license to shoot quail in Texas.
So how much is the stamp for lawyers?

I'd be surprised if there is a license requirement for private ranch land.

Ted Kennedy killed a woman.
Kerry committed war crimes, according to his testimony.
Clinton perjured himself.
Clinton raped Juanita Broderick, according to Juanita.
Clinton paid a $750k settlement to Paula Jones for Sexual Harrasment.
Clinton was disbarred.
The Barrett Report was blocked.
Harry Reid took money from Abramhoff.
Hillary quite possibly knew about the killing of Vince Foster.
Sandy Berger Stole Top Secret documents from the National Archive.
Cheney didn't get a $7 license to shoot quail, despite apparently not shooting any quail.

I just checked my Texas hunting license, and I don't have that stamp either. It's apparently a new requirement, but when I requested my license at the beginning of the season, I said that I wanted to hunt deer, dove, and quail.
I assumed that's what I purchased, but obviously I didn't. I haven't hunted quail this year, although I had several opportunities to do so, and would have assumed I was fully licensed to do so.

I can't believe the idiot liberals are making such a big deal over this. It was an ACCIDENT, and the victim, who brought it on himself, isn't even upset about it.
Can you imagine the furor if Cheney's driver had hit a pedestrian and driven off without stopping, as Hillary's driver did a few years ago? (Thanks for reminding me, Peach.) There were a few murmurs from the MSM for a day, and then it was over.

What would we have done to Kerry if he had shot someone during his hunt, then was found not to have the proper license, then was so late reporting it that a blood test couldn't be performed? Lets face it, Cheney did a number of incredibly STUPID things and needs to face up to it. He screwed up BIGTIME.

Cheney has the proper hunting license but not the stamp. What's the big deal? That happens all the time. What does it mean? We have to nuke China?
This whole story is so absurd. It would only be news if it had been Cheney that had been shot.

This law is so new in Texas (on the books since Sept. 1st 2005) that TPWD isn't even fining people for breaking it. That will start next Sept. 1.
