That's what I wondered. Is the media creating an issue (again) where there isn't one? 'Course in Michigan Mr. Cheney would be in jail by now.

Actually, there is. All the quail living on YOUR land happen to be the property of the government. It's been that way since the days of feudalism. But don't blame me. Texas Democrats came up with this law.
