Go to the source link, and the first picture links to a picture gallery of the stuff seized. I'll not try to link them in here, in deference to dialup FReepers.
It's pretty obvious that terror efforts were being planned and staged out of the mosque. Surprise, surprise.

and the loony left still thinks we can live in peace with the Muslims.... I am afraid it WILL take a nuke being set off int the west for us to wake up to the fact that the mainstream Muslim is hell bent on destroying us.

Here is a quote I just found on a blog:
This whole cartoon thing has just made a lot more people "get it". Most Europeans, Canadians, Americans, etc. had no idea of the incredible bile and hate which is published daily, hourly, in the Arab/Muslim press about Jews and Christians/Americans. Today the Post had a full page of their anti-Jew/anti-American bilge that I'm sure will be an eye-opener for the average Canadian. Unless you see it you can't believe it.
And with no further ado, the "click the pic" link:
Everything I have found about The War of the 12 Cartoons ( links, blogs, quips, quotes, aggravating pictures ) is located here- click the Pic, and scroll backwards:

Well, mosques! doncha just luvvem?
We love 'em so much that permission has been given to build the biggest mosque in the West in London for the Olympics in 2012. Some 30,000 people will be catered for - also gym and other stuff.
Go figure...

Well, I'm certainly glad those Muslim officers wore overshoes as a sign of respect -- wouldn't want to get dirty, disrepectful footprints on the guns, knives or forged documents, of course.
And I'm heartened that they've re-opened the mosque that's been the center of blatant Islamic radicalism in London for years -- wouldn't want to offend anyone's sensitivities, and besides, they've got a new board of trustees -- all's well. /sarc

Very strange exhibit photos from the police. They put a wooden spoon next to handcuffs, a 10 inch long garden shovel next to surplus tactical vests and a gas mask.
How much is illegal to own in UK? the guns and fake passports and papers obviously, and maybe the fake wood cut out gun. The rest of it is pretty tame. The guys laying out these evidence exhibits should have made this more menacing. Watch out , the terrorists have BandAid brand bandages! Obviously well financed if they aren't using the off brand Boots bandages.

The mosque was closed and boarded up for months after the raid before officially reopening in February 2005 with a new board of trustees, who have heralded a fresh start for the mosque, and say the first shipment of new arms will arrive within the month.

I don't think woodland camo attire is illegal in the UK. And probably not the gas masks.
But the presense of gas masks, and all the attire, in the context of illegal activities (passports) and the planning/support for some sort of chemical attack, in a supposed holy place, is not insignificant and deserves scrutiny and public attention.
You can ignore the dots all you want, calling them "not illegal". Most of the rest of us will choose to connect them.

I would not take that bet.
In fact, I'll take any action on your side of it that you don't want to cover.
