I am buying Danish products and boycotting Canada.

There, I feel so much better as an American and a person of good conscience.

I used to cross the border here in Buffalo to "import" some of the fine Carlsberg brew when the exchange rate was better -- in solidarity with Denmark, perhaps I'll return to that practice...

This was tried in the Indian state of Gujrat after massive Hindu-muzlim rioting in 2002 with disasterous consequences for muzlims there. The informal boycott ended in a few months though, all on its own.

We sure can learn from the "small" kingdom of Denmark. They are self sufficient in oil and gas from their small section in the North Sea!!!

That's been pretty obvious, hasn't it? They know better than to try that kind of stuff here, yet. It's so encouraging to hear from other FReepers that in some areas of the country, they have a self defense plan in effect.

Saudis have over $700B invested in American economy. Banks, manufacturing, real estate, you name it. It would be good to know what "Merican" businesses are 100% Saudi owned and boycott them nation-wide.

Do you know what the religion is of Gujrat(sp?). Curious because my local deli owners are Gujratti.
