Reminds me of folks who wear hats while INSIDE a restaurant. Its a one thing if its Mickey-D's, but another if its Smith and Wollensky.
"Smith and Wollensky"
Don't they make firearms?
Anyway, what's good for the goose is good for the gander. You don't get to advocate ANY cause while you are in the gallery. It's a simple rule. Applies to all -- good!
I wouldn't know. I'm a Burger King myself. (Except when I go to Texas, I like Whataburger there)
Well actually it is proper for ladies to wear hats inside a restaurant. But when do you ever see a lady wearing a hat anyway?
Here's another one.
I agree! After living overseas for almost 13 years, I was shocked to return to America and see so many people who have lost their manners. Everywhere I look, there are people talking with their mouths full, putting feet on other things than the floor, wearing hats indoors, swearing in public, and wearing clothes that aren't appropriate for going in public. I have to work so hard to get my 13 year old son to maintain the manners we've taught him because of all the bad examples out there. Being a proud American, I hope my fellow citizens realize how embarrassing this is and shape up.
This lady probably has no idea that wearing a T-Shirt to a formal event is inappropriate.....if she grew up in a cave. Watch any TV show or movie produced in the last five years, and you'll be hard pressed to find one without someone displaying poor manners.
