"Peace Mom" Cindy Sheehan is so angry that she wasn't allowed to disrupt last night's State of the Union address that intends to file a lawsuit claiming she was brutalized by Capitol Hill police who suppressed her first amendment freedoms.
"I have the bruises and muscle spasms to prove it," Sheehan said, in a message posted to several left wing web sites after she was arrested and then released on her own recognizance.
Sheehan also contends she suffered emotional trauma, complaining: "I am so upset and sore it is hard to think straight."
The Bush-bashing Gold Star mom says she wants to take legal action, announcing:
"I have some lawyers looking into filing a First Amendment lawsuit against the government for what happened tonight. I will file it. It is time to take our freedoms and our country back."
In her message Sheehan detailed the abuse by one security guard who hauled her off after she unzipped her jacked to display a T-shirt decrying the number of Iraq war dead.
"[A Capitol Police] officer ran over to me, hauled me out of my seat and roughly [with my hands behind my back], shoved me up the stairs," she said.
The anti-war Mom recalled complaining as she was being hustled out of the building: "I'm going, do you have to be so rough?"
Sheehan said that after the officer was informed that she was a big celebrity, the abusive treatment stopped.
"You didn't care about being careful when you were dragging me up the other steps," she recalled telling the Capitol guard.
And this is different from every other day how?
This is exactly what I want to know. Who is bankrolling her? She has been to Hawaii and Venezuela in the last couple of months. For someone who looks like a homeless bag lady, I can't imagine she is paying for these trips out of her own pocket.
Does anyone know who is paying for her?

BTW, once upon a time there was debate in the House about Puerto Rico, which wasn't going the ultra-leftists' way, so they bundled themselves up with serious firepower and opened fire IN the chamber. That was then, when things were a lot cooler.
Just think, if we didn't have moonbats with no restraint running about we might not need so much security and investigation just to get into buildings. I think that was their plan all along, actually.
I have a suggestion for her:
CINDY, PLEASE TAKE YOUR DOG AND PONY SHOW TO IRAQ.....MAYBE THEY WOULD TREAT YOU AS YOU DESERVE TO BE TREATED THERE.

Reminds me of the Emperors New Clothes. She is surrounded by useful idiots who are using her to be their mouthpiece and is too stupid to realize they will drop her in a heartbeat. Reminds me of highschool when the 'cool' kids get the geeky kid to do outragious things for their own agenda or amusement and then remove themselves from her/him when the heat gets on or they have to actually associates with him/her.

Sheehan screaming police brutality carries with it about as much weight as calling herself a 'grieving mother'. She could use some lessons from Nancy Pelosi – the one in the red suit sticking as close to the President as she could as he made his way to the podium last night. Both women are ‘stuck on stupid’. Sheehan is going to go berserk/go postal one of these days – she is totally insane and it won’t take much to push her over………

Also she posts regularly to michael moore's site so don't be surprized if he funds her anti-americanism also.
The congresswoman who gave her the tickets needs to be repremanded, and it needs to be more than just a verbal repremand. She should also be called up on ethics charges.
The critter who gave her the guest pass was Lynn Woolsey (D Ca).

I read a while back that her husband and grown children tried just that.
Apparently, she threw such a hissy fit they dropped the whole thing.
Her husband has since divorced her (I think),and her children have put as much distance between them and her as possible.
(Can't say I blame them, either!)
Ha, yes, I've seen that one. Completely contradicts her comments on her own site after the meeting (before code pink hooked her).

The LAW, not rule, was posted several times last night. If you do a search you can probably find the thread(s) that has it posted. Also, many pictures of her being escorted, unhandcuffed, out of the building were also posted. She was not being manhandled or abused in any way, but in her rantings last night after her release she said she was handcuffed and roughly pushed out of the building. Idiot, I guess she didn't know about the pictures being taken of her!
