Dean is crazy, but is he this stupid? I don't think so. I bet he wants the DNC coffers to be empty. This way, the candidates will be dependent upon the 527's who are all firmly in Dean's kook camp. Voila, Dean has control of the party.

Seems to me that Dean got his present position by promising the $ raised would go to the states instead of to congressional candidates. I don't hear anybody from the state delegations bitching, so it seems to me Dean just kept his words and has bribed everyone who voted for him as promised.

This is bad news! Very bad news! What if they replace him with someone who is competent?

NOOOoo! Dean did not waste the money. The Dems just needed a story to get rid of him because he's a wack job. And too bad, because I like the little fella. He was a gift indeed.

I'm sure that the money was "properly" used, for instance, to pay down the national deficit.

Democratic leaders on Capitol Hill are privately bristling over Howard Deans management of the Democratic National Committee and have made those sentiments clear after new fundraising numbers showed he has spent nearly all the committees cash and has little left to support their efforts to gain seats this cycle, ROLL CALL reports. Whatever we are paying Dean, it isn't enough! This guy is the best mole we've ever had inside the Democratic Party!

Remember the old TV show? " You asked for it?"
Well these idiots asked for it. They got it too. Bwahahahaha.
Maybe they can borrow a few bucks from Hillary, she is sitting on tons of money , sent to her by her butt lickers./

Congressional leaders were furious last week when they learned the DNC has just $5.5 million in the bank, compared to the Republican National Committees $34 million.
Now, how in the world is the average voter to trust Dem leaders to handle national, state or local budgets when the Dem Party can't even keep their own coffers in order? This kind of news is REALLY bad for the Dem Party. REALLY bad!!! Because it's not that the Dem Party can't raise money. They can raise it. But then what happens? It's like a mystery. Dean has no money in the bank for elections, and Kerry had $11 million in the bank AFTER the election. What is wrong with Dem Party leaders' brains when it comes to money???

Simple reason, Hilary has sucked out all the money. Dean was given the job because it did not matter. Hitlary does not care about the party, she only cares about herself.
If she does not get the top job then in her opinion, the democrat party does not deserve to survive.
