Well, I for one am neither pessimistic or "cautiously optimistic", I'm brimming with optimism at the fact that the Beacon Hill Bozo, John Filibuster Kerry is leading this whole futile effort to filibuster a highly qualified judge, orchestrated in the shadows by the MoveOn goobers and Democrats UnderRocks simps.

He also admitted his memory is failing.
Something about disabled mothers hiding their children in closets to avoid embarrassment.

I was jujst thinking the same thing. They have no original thinking on their side so they need to go to the Times to get talking points?

Oh, isn't this fascinating? The Times is calling the shots for the Rats. THERE'S a proven formula for success!

What would the Dims do without the New York Times to frame their political arguments? This is pretty incredible, isn't it. Kennedy railing about Republicans having a battle plan after the plan they put together to get Judge Bork. The NYT tells them to filibuster and, by golly, they do it. Now they provided Teddy's speech for today and now we're to think there is no "battle plan" on the part of the left. Hah!

Yes, revealing the 'secret strategy' that resulted in Alito's nomination. Brilliant!

Lincoln Chaffee (R-RI) - Against Filibuster - AGAINST the nominee.
Chafee has long signaled his worry that a filibuster against Alito would gridlock the Senate. Hourahan reaffirmed Thursday that the senator would join fellow Republicans in voting to shut off debate.

We ought to get let the RATS have an hour every day to read on the floor from the New York Times.
We'll call it storytime.

If Kennedy wants to go back to Judge ALito's record when he was 35 years old, let's go back to Kennedy's record around the same age.
