Good Monday morning, fellow Freeper political junkies. One of the more ridiculous episodes of political theater is about to play itself out on the Senate floor, as the John Kerry-led democrats mount an exercise in political futility which will further expose their total irrelevance..So join us today, or drop in on occasion, for the festivities...
You've got to listen to Rush. He's been playing some hilarious clips of the dems & his play by play is a hoot.
Works for me - I'd rather she'd had one more term in the House before moving over to the Senate, but I'm not really picky. I wonder if Jeb would like to move North for a few years?
yup , the Genetic Racist punchline was worth the listen ,
Maybe we should vote "help" to encourage their public obstuctionism. Saxby is calling the obstruction for what it is now.
Could someone skilled at Photoshop take the Sheehan 'Thumbs-up' pic and pull Cindy's right forefinger all the way out? (Possible caption: "Ready... aim... FIRE!")
Do me a favor, I just talked to Mark (Sen. Ensign's phone person), and he said he's okay... didn't have the heart to ask if he's voting or not after that accident. Feel free to call and offer prayers and thoughts:
Senator John Ensign
(702) 388-6605
Senator John Ensign
(702) 388-6605
:-) I don't think so
Wouldn't surprise me! I'm not kidding about the Jersey house, it really had iron up there to secure people to their beds, and the third floor wasn't high enough to stand up in. I forget where exactly but it was somewhere in North Jersey. The realtor said they probably used it for indentured servants as well as slaves in colonial times. The windows were just like DiFi's 3rd floor. :)
Or do what I did this morning... I went to Steve Laffey's website, donated $25.00... and then forwarded the email I got from Laffey thanking me for my contribution to Chaffee's office with an explanation as to why someone in California would be contributing to a RI senatorial campaign.
Domenici up talking about some report/study
freeped.
looks like a good "caption this" photo.
C-SPAN's now listing Conrad (D-North Dakota) as a definite "yes" vote for Alito.
so with that , what is the tally??
is that about getting the even better side of the street in DC at Walter Reed? lol on that story, and thanks to all who meet there.
1.)A painful emotion caused by a strong sense of guilt, embarrassment, unworthiness, or disgrace. Capacity for such a feeling: Have you no shame?
2.) One that brings dishonor, disgrace, or condemnation.
3.)A condition of disgrace or dishonor; ignominy.
4.)A great disapointment
Cindy, thy name is shame.
I have been able to trackdown the positions of ninety-two senators, who have announced how they will vote on Judge Alito's confirmation. This post will be updated as more positions are announced.
