57 definite votes for Alito, 35 definite against. We could also get Snowe, Dorgan, and Landrieu. I doubt if any of the other uncommitted Rats will vote for Alito (Cantwell, Bayh, Rockefeller, Lautenburg, Menendez) There are more than 60 votes to cut off the filibuster.
