I asked this yesterday, and received no answer....how does an American citizen get to meet with the head of a hostile foreign Country? Who sets it up?

The same way a congressmen can go down and work out an oil deal with the same Catro disciple. Al-Cindy probably thought that since an elected representative did it, why can't she?
