I learned something interesting last night... The Palestineans get their electricty from Israel.... all of it. I think Israel controls the water, too, but am not 100% on that one.
Israel has control the the water now, but it flows exclusively from West Bank and other arab areas.
Big sticking point for complete autonomy for the West Bank. Then the Palestinians would control the water.

Let's face it...WE KNOW that Arafat just pimped the Pali's out for power and money for hisself.....but WE (most US peeps) DON'T realize is that the PALI's KNOW it too...they KNOW that ARAFAT stole their money....but they didn't care if he did...they DO CARE if ANYONE else does..they adored Arafat because he was the master of creating the PALI situation a GLOBAL issue...no one is doing this for many other LEGITIMATE people and nations facing ACTUAL GENOCIDE, etc....
anyway-- the PALI's are NOT interested in letting FATAH continue to steal and rob them....
We all know that the FATAH is a terror org just as HAMAS is. HAMAS is like the FRINGE Kook fringe of the Dem party...
BUT- what many people DON'T KNOW is that HAMAS is a CHARITY!
YES! HAMAS has been giving out food, blankets, etc.... to the PALI's for YEARS!!!
The PALI's that are sick of living in squawler TRUST HAMAS...
either way- FATAH or HAMAS- we are dealing with terrorists...the PALI's WANT terrorists...but they like the terrorists that GIVE to them- not TAKE from them....
I think it is GREAT for us......now we have the ability to actually watch a terror state come into being BY THE PEOPLE- not by coop, or assissination, etc.....
