I don't think the Constitutional option will be needed. I think the Democrat members of the gang of 14 will have to step to the plate and vote yes on cloture. If they stay committed to their original vow, no problem.

I haven't been keeping up with how they plan to handle the voting in LA. So even if people are living in other states, and most probably not ever going to return, they can vote in LA? That's just nuts.
....or spend the time constructively by taking a toothbrush and cleaning the grout between all the tile in my house. Lots of grout.
