I haven't been keeping up with how they plan to handle the voting in LA. So even if people are living in other states, and most probably not ever going to return, they can vote in LA? That's just nuts.
Yes, they are setting up absentee voting stations for evacuees from LA in the States and cities that took in the majority of the people.
