"He's a coward," Thomas said afterward. "He's supposed to be this macho guy. He'll take on Osama bin Laden, but he won't take me on."
That's hilarious! Go home, Helen.

She never asks any other question other than "Why are we in Iraq?" Scott M. knows that will be her question when he calls on her. I wonder if this old bag lady knows that everyone (including the other press corp members) is laughing at her. I'm glad that the President continues to snub her.

"You keep saying it's a 1978 law, but the Constitution 200 years old. Is that out of date, too?" If this was the sort of question Bush was avoiding, I'd have avoided it too. Painful, childish, and a complete non sequitor. I've read better stuff in My Weekly Reader.

Most prefer the real McCoy, who is a redhead, not a "lookalike".

I thought these press conferences were for reporters, not rabidly partisan hacks.Newsflash: Most reporters ARE rabidly partisan hacks!

She's so ugly, that when she cries, the tears roll across the back of her head to keep from having to go across that face.

Yeah, I didn't realize it was a lookalike until someone told me and I double-checked the page.

There's going to be so many disgusting Helen Thomas pictures, I figure I could use this picture of the CN Tower I took on vacation to Canada, to blunt the impact.....

I would rather shove a glass rod up my anus and ride a motorcyle down some railroad tracks.

". . .but he won't take me on."Helen, nobody wants to take you on. Nobody wants to take you off. Nobody wants to take you out. Nobody wants to take you down. Nobody wants to take you anywhere because nobody can take you. Period.
