The Boston Herald did a survey on attitudes towards abortion. The biggest (by far) percentage of the population that enthusiastically supported abortion on demand were males between the ages of 18 to 32.
Big surprise, huh.
A woman spoke at our church once about the pains and emotionally trauma of her two abortions. Many women came to her later in tears, and she was able to help them. It is women who carry the burdens of these years later - the crummy men who could have cared less stopped thinking about it once the Planned Parenthood clinic cashed the check.
When I saw Ted Kennedy going ballistic at the Judge Alito hearings, I was reminded by an old saying: "A man never acts so cornered as when he is confronted by his own sins."
Kennedy has screwed (literally) scores of women, and I have little doubt there is a path of abortion destruction in his personal past.
Kennedy only stays in the Senate because he is looking for redemption that will never come.
Except when it works for the dem/stealth-commies, right, senator joe (traitor) biden!
Excellent and funny!
Imagine that.
"It is women who carry the burdens of these years later - the crummy men who could have cared less stopped thinking about it once the Planned Parenthood clinic cashed the check."
The fathers sperm donors will be held just as accountable though, in the end. Perhaps the women are just quicker to repent, or at least more vocal about it.
"Kennedy only stays in the Senate because he is looking for redemption that will never come."

I did kinda like "AlQuada-Americans"
fun article to read, thanks J. Huang
And on that nasty Abrahamoff's lobbying efforts. I don't know if he ever sunk to the level of Democrat special interests groups, demanding he get his money's worth.

I just learned today that there was no such animal as a Republican lobbyist before the Gingrich revolution. When "commentators" speak of the K Street Project as some nefarious scheme, the crime to which they are alluding was the effort to gain entry into the big lobbying firms, or create new ones, that were sympathetic to Republicans.
He is secretly afraid that he deserves less pay than the other senators, because he has fewer constituents to represent.
His wordiness is merely an attempt to bolster his self-image. He's sort of like one of those Northern leopard frogs who puffs himself up.
"Brokeback Democrats" does have a certain ring to it.
So what is Specter going to do about this betrayal?
Thanks for another very funny column, JohnHuaung2.
Great job, JH2. Watching the 'rats' frustration with their failed strategy (and knowing the pressure they were getting from NARAL and the hard left) was great. Can't wait until W gets another SCOTUS appointment *fingers crossed*
