January 20, 2006 -- Size doesn't matter at least not in the war on terror, according to Star Jones.
Yesterday, the co-host of "The View" told viewers that the war on terror was nothing more than a clash of male egos between President Bush and Osama bin Laden.
"You know what? At some point, one of these men has to put it back in his pants and zip up the zipper," she said during a discussion of bin Laden's latest audio tape
Jones, a former Brooklyn prosecutor turned TV star, has a long history of speaking her mind but even her co-hosts seemed taken aback by her latest rant.
She even suggested that Bush hold some kind of talk with the man behind 9/11.
"I won't trust him, but anything that gives me the opportunity to seek peace, I would at least check it out.
"People make deals with the devil all the time. We make deals with people we don't like," she said during the show's opening segment.

This lady should go back to Hollyweird and talk about manicures and massages and leave the foreign policy advice to people who know something about it.
Star who? ;>
Which one won't she trust?
She should defer to true terrorism experts- like George Clooney.
You have to wonder...or maybe you don't... how this woman got through law school. How she got hired by the DA in Brooklyn.
And wouldn't you like to know how many cases she won for the people of Brooklyn?
At least with Nancy Grace, you know her record: "Nancy Grace joined Court TV from the Atlanta Fulton County District Attorney's Office where she served for a decade as Special Prosecutor of major felony cases involving serial murder, serial rape, serial child molestation and arson. Grace compiled a perfect record of nearly 100 felony convictions at trial and no losses. "
This will play real well and be repeated by late night comedians, in union halls and among the soccer mommy and limpwristed significant other sets. Sigh, if we could just return to the days of B.C. it would be alright, he'd know what to do.
Suddenly anybody with a microphone is making national security decisions.
Lock this broad up for sedition.
What we should do is put all the footage of 9-11 back on TV so those with attention defecit will remember this was no flucking clash of wills. It was the brutal murder of over 3000 people, not to mention all the others he's managed to kill around the world since.
Stupid fat cow.
Star Jones is a cast member on "The View," a TV show that was placed on the air by a secret cabal of misogynists who are using it as a propaganda tool to convince Americans that women never should've been given the right to vote.
I don't know who Star Jones is, but if she really believes we should negotiate with bin Laden; then she's a total idiot and/or part of the looney left whom are totally STUCK ON STUPID.
Good grief, this woman sounds absolutely idiotic. Let's try diplomacy with a terrorist? Put it back in your pants? Is that what she thinks all of this is really about? This is about muslims wanting to take over the world, and not caring who they kill to do it. Grrrr. I can't hardly think of words to describe the utter stupidity that reigns on TV today that passes for news or entertainment.
Star would be one of the first to be led to the slaughter house if the Islam world were to take us over. Watch her for 2 minutes someday and you'll see why I say this .
Tell you what, Star Jones, you bend over for Osama first, okay? I'm sure that's a position you're accustomed to assuming...
Oh, well....if Star Jones says so then we need to get right on this!!! After all, I am sure her degree and lifelong experience in....uh, let's see now...what is her field of expertise????
The notion that "Male Ego" is the driving force behind the WOT is standard fare on The View, a show on which a bunch of women get together and blame male ego or anatomy for every conceivable ill in the World. This is their niche, and that is fine. But nobody should think we ought to base serious discussions of national security policy on such silly girl-talk.
There are women who should be taken seriously, obviously. But The View is simply not a serious show. Giving any weight to the bloviations of Star Jones would be like tuning in The Man Show with What's-His-Name Kimmell and expecting to find serious discourse on the issues of the day.
Let me guess. The audience was not full of the New York families of the victims of the WTC bombing.
Not a bad idea.
If we cannot get bin Laden to come to the US for truce talks, maybe we can drop Star Jones out of an airplane on the Afganistan border.
