McMINNVILLE, Ore. (AP) — A McMinnville woman faces multiple charges involving the alleged forcing of methamphetamine and sex on a preteen girl over five years.
Jennifer Lynn Chasteen, 25, faces charges of sodomy, sexual penetration, and delivery of a controlled substance, all Measure 11 felonies.
She also faces charges of sex abuse and endangering the welfare of a minor.
Indictments are expected next week. She was arraigned Tuesday.
Judge Cal Tichenor set bail at $800,000.
Police said charges were brought after the girl confided in her parents this month, triggering an investigation by the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office.
She told officers that Chasteen had abused her several times a year for several years.
She also told them Chasteen had forced her to smoke or snort meth on at least four occasions, causing her to feel frantic and disoriented.
On meth, she said, she would hear voices, break into tears, fidget uncontrollably and feel like her mind was racing out of control.
She said Chasteen threatened to tell everyone she was a lesbian if she didn't cooperate. The victim said Chasteen's two toddler daughters were present during some of the episodes. Chasteen is next scheduled in court Jan. 24.

According to what I've been reading recently this kind of thing isn't actually a crime anymore...more of a "lifestyle" I guess.
And a democrat to boot.

In about a year or so in MA, she'll probably get an award. What the heck is happening to us and to our justice system in the US?
Oh that's just great. Not only did this evil woman do these ugly things to this girl, she PROCREATED too. God help these children - they're going to need it!!!

Hell she will love prison. She will probably run the place in a year. I feel sorry for the other prisoners.
i hope she said goodbye to her babies because she won't be seeing them again for a LOOOONG time.
how people can do this stuff in front of their kids is unfanthomable. but i guess meth drives 'em crazy.
